Total Coaching
This program involves a 6 month minimum and is focused on partnering with you to reach both short and long term career and life goals. It is a comprehensive initiative that can enable you to achieve even more than you anticipated, be more productive, and have even greater prosperity. See "How we coach" for more information.
- Monthly fee: $650
- 3 Months, paid in advance: $1800
- 6 Months, paid in advance: $3500
The Career Energizer
This program is a three month package that includes six 45 minute telephone coaching appointments (two per month for three consecutive months,) free participation in any of the Egan Group's public webinars or teleseminars, as well as unlimited brief emails and 5 minute phone calls as needed. Included is an in-depth DiSC p
rofile, valued at $100.
This package is for anyone who wants to accelerate his or her career, is concerned for his or her career future, feel "stuck", or is considering a career transition. The focus is more on the short term, with an eye on long term objectives.
Fee: $1900
Coach Me Quick
This program is a three session package that includes three 30 minute telephone coaching appointments, to be completed within 45 days, as well as brief emails or calls between the three sessions.
This package is for anyone who wants to focus on one or two specific goals. The focus is short term and goal driven. Examples include overcoming an obstacle at work, updating resumes, establishing a networking strategy, or deciding "who you want to be when you grow up"...
Fees will be credited toward career or ongoing coaching programs should you decide to continue on.
Fee: $600
